FULL TIME SUPERVISOR/RELIEF DUTY MANAGER

We are currently seeking a fulltime Club Supervisor/Relief Duty Manager with exceptional customer service skills to join the Exies. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, work well as part of a team and possess high level customer service and leadership skills.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Hold a current RSA/RCG competency card
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Prior experience in Bar, Tab, Gaming and Keno
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• The ability to handle high pressure situations
• Show a willingness to learn
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to direct other staff

More about the role:

• You will be working across Bar, Café, Gaming, Tab and Keno
• You will be working on a 3-week rotating roster which requires you to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends.
• You will be provided with plenty of opportunities to develop your skill set and build upon your knowledge.
